Soup –
Crayfish Bisque: Creamy crayfish base, topped with crayfish tail and a drizzle of Perrin’s own Caesar’s Gimp.
Curried Lentil: Slow cooked lentils in roasted vegetable broth spiced with curry.
App –
Deviled Eggs: Smooth and savory filling piped into upright egg whites, garnished with roasted red pepper aioli, and green onion.
Salad –
Roasted Beet Salad: Char roasted beets, and orange supremes, topped with feta cheese and pickled onions, over a bed of mixed greens tossed in citrus vinaigrette.
Entree –
Omnivore: Choice of beer braised beef roasted in stock and mirepoix or grilled chicken breast, with sauce forestiere, garlic roasted smashed potatoes, and grilled haricot verts.
Vegetarian: Roasted butternut squash and caramelized onions served on a bed of sautéed Kale, covered in sage brown butter, accompanied by a blend of wild rice.
Dessert –
Chocolate Lava cake made with our own Malted Milk Ball , served with strawberry coulis.
