Blonde Porter

ABV % | IBU

We wanted to deconstruct the flavor profile of a porter and recreate those flavors without using the traditional roasted malts to create a light blonde colored, full flavored beer. We used oats and wheat to build a full creamy body aged with coffee and chocolate for a rich roasted aroma and robust finish.

EVERYONE!!! Look at what we concocted with some Dark Cherry Clear Coast.

We present, The Clear Coast Dark Cherry, Whiskey Smash.Screen Shot 2019-11-20 at 12.11.05 PM.png

You can watch us put this tasty holiday drink together by clicking here.

Ingredients list:

-1 ounce of whiskey of your choice.

-1/2 ounce of simple syrup.

-Simple syrup: all you need is water and sugar. The water to sugar ratio is 1:1.

-All you need is water and sugar. Heat some water, in a medium saucepan, on a stovetop. You don’t need to bring it to a boil, but the water does need to be hot. Then add sugar. Once the sugar is dissolved, cool your simple syrup for at least an hour in the fridge. BOOM, simple syrup made.

-Add some cherries (your desired amount).

-A squeeze of fresh lemon.

-Top off with Dark Cherry Clear Coast.

-Garnish with some mint and a lemon wedge.

Guys, this drink is so tasty and is great for the holiday season. Make it for yourself, your significant other, or a friend. We love this drink and it will bring smiles all around.

Cheers everyone!
