Blonde Porter

ABV % | IBU

We wanted to deconstruct the flavor profile of a porter and recreate those flavors without using the traditional roasted malts to create a light blonde colored, full flavored beer. We used oats and wheat to build a full creamy body aged with coffee and chocolate for a rich roasted aroma and robust finish.

How it works

Reverse Osmosis System

Using a unique watersystem among craft breweries: a Reverse Osmosis System. This system removes all impurities from brewing water and allows the most consistent, true to style beers possible.

  1. Step 1 of our R/O process is to remove all the chlorine and other harmful chemicals in the water through the use of our vegan approved carbon filters.

  2. Step 1 of our R/O process is to remove all the chlorine and other harmful chemicals in the water through the use of our vegan approved carbon filters.

  3. Finally, the water enters the actual reverse osmosis system and is stripped down to pure H20.

After the water is stripped of all its impurities, brewing salts and acids are added to build the water back up. This allows us to make each water profile specific and unique to each style that we brew.
