Introducing the Perrin Brewing Sour Series!
The Perrin Sour Series is growing! Join us every Thursday in the pub for a small one-barrel batch release of a new sour. Yes, you read that right EVERY THURSDAY!
The program was launched two weeks ago with Pearental Guidance Required (Imperial Pear Saison soured in oak barrels). Followed by Black Cherry Sour (Black Ale soured in oak barrels with local tart cherries)
Up next is Golden Sour, Gold Ale with grapefruit soured in wine barrels releasing Thursday, June 8!
