We are currently looking to hire a highly motivated professional with culinary and management experience to step into the role of Kitchen Manager for the Pub. This individual must be willing and able to work all positions in the kitchen. Job details include hiring, training, scheduling, product ordering, food cost analysis, as well as conducting weekly and monthly inventory. The right candidate will possess the ability to coach and delegate in a positive and effective manner and will be expected to work 40-50 hours a week, including nights and weekends.

We are looking for a line cook that has open availability, including nights and weekends. Job requirements including cooking on a high volume line for long periods of time while maintain a positive attitude, as well as stocking stations and performing various opening and closing duties. You must have general knowledge of current health codes and safe food handling practices and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
