We hope you guys are excited about some early-morning exercise! Bend & Brew is back! Twisted Hot Yoga will be here on the first Saturday of every month. The cost is $10.00 and it includes a 55-minute yoga session and a beer to enjoy once it’s all over. Remember to bring your own mat as we won’t have any to rent out.
